I have one that needs plenty of tweaking but I haven't had time. Very simple and I use it daily. Needs a place for Contacts..emails and numbers. Simply typed it up in Word, called REO worksheet..Property Address, Asset Company, Asset mgr.
utilities....readings, etc. Whose name they are in, sewers, etc. Most of the banks have their own under forms. But I like using the same one all the time. I would link to it, but for some reason it won't let me.
Great question however, unfortunately I don't. One of the banks I work with has a checklist in the back office system. Let me see if I can pull it off and copy it over, then I can share it with you. I will try to get that done by Tuesday.
