Hi Elizabeth; It is my pleasure to network with you. ABF never came through. Like everyone else I took the training this time last year, created an REO website and also trained for paperless transactions and held my breath for about six months. Then just kept wishing and wondering until someone said "I guess you believe in Santa Claus too". LOL. I did complain to settle ware and they stopped billing me (there are less expensive paperless arrangements). Such is life. Concentrating on buyers as there is plenty of inventory in my area. How about you?
