  • Hi Kim, that's great news and good for you! I have yet to get a REO listing on this correction market! Can you point me in the right direction so maybe I can get a REO listing in my area, which is the South Bay of L.A.
  • Hello Kim, I notice that the last posting was sometime ago. I am curious have you received any more REO listings?

Don’t waste time on those who say how bad things are; focus on how you are going to make a difference.

  • Hi Kim,

Thanks for inviting me. I am always looking for ways and advantages to get more listings!
  • Hi John,

I will definitely check out the Hemet Blog. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
  • Hello,

Like you, I am new here and hopefully like me, you see the potential that this social network has to offer and the great advantages we have by being in on the ground floor.

Of course, the only way there will be a benefit is if we collectively get active and stay active in the group.

I am going through right now and asking everyone here from California, to join my friend list - I hope you'll do the same.

Also, if you have REO experience, then please write a short blog on a topic of interest to you, that you feel someone else will benefit from. This will not only provide you with good "Google Juice" it will help all of us here.. I just posted my first blog here about BPO's. I have another blog at HemetRealEstateBlog.com where I have nearly 400 articles published on all different real estate topics (and some personal one too - after all we are in the people business).

Hope to see you around the REOPRO site,

  • Hi Kim Linberger:

This site is dedicated to the Realtors who work with Lenders, Banks and Asset Managers in assisting them with the liquidation of their real estate portfolio holdings.

We are a Network of Professionals spread across the country and have come together online to network and provide support through our accumulated knowledge and experience. This support could be anything from providing information on ways to obtain industry recognized designations, to the contact information of the Asset Managers who can make or break us. The power of our network will be determined by those who participate openly and freely.

I really would like this to be a place where we as Listing Agents can share information without constraint with one another in the pursuit to help each other in the advancement of our shared profession.

Feel free to customize your “my page”, start your blog, add events, post photos, share videos and invite people to any of the new groups formed here by REOPRO. I believe with your help, this network can have a positive impact on the lives and professional development of all who are members.

If you have any other suggestion, feel free to send them my way, I will truly consider them, the door is always open and welcome to REOPRO
