    Hello Karen,

    Do you know if your company's southern CA area are looking for any BPO / REO Listing agents. I do REO & Short Sales in both east L.A. and San Bernardino County. Will appreciate if you can help me or refer me to somebody that is in charge in that area. Thanks.

    I am interested in joining, I applied online several months ago, and didn't here back, I am licensed for 11 years, currently sell REO's and have done some Loan Mod work for LMS & FEDMOD. I serve, Orange County, Riverside and San Bernardino, our office is in Chino Hills.

    Hi Karen,

    A woman from your Sacramento office called me about 2 weeks ago. After interviewing me about our brokerage she siad she's sign us up and send me an email with info. Well,, I have not received any info to date. Sorry I don't remember the woman's name but we are very interested in joining Titanium. I'd appreciate your assistance. We cover Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in So. California.

    Hi Karen, Jesse recommended I send you a note here ... In case you don't recall, we've spoken a couple times after I submitted my online application in December and I surmised I would be hired on by our conversation. The last we spoke in January, you asked why I didn't complete my training and I explained that I hadn't received my login information yet. You said you would send it straight away but I haven't received it. Since then, I've left you a couple voice mail messages and sent a couple emails inquiring about my login information but haven't heard from you. I'm also receiving emails from other people at Titanium so I assumed I my application was accepted...if I am 'hired', could you please send me my login information so I can begin the training? I understand that not all agents get 'hired' so if I'm one of those agents, would you mind removing me from Titanium email lists? Thank you. Karen

    Karen Rogers, a fellow REOPro member is wanting to join Titanium. Would you please touch base with her by going to the "Members" tab and searching Karen Rogers. She mentioned that she hasn't heard back from anyone after putting in her original request to join back about a month ago or so.

    Also, I just talked to Brad E this afternoon and he's reactivated me so that I can login and take the new training. You know me... I hate for anyone to have more information about short sales and foreclosures than me. I also have a couple new agents that will be working for me in different parts of the SL Valley so I can expand down there. Being an HRC and taking the training will give them a heads start in this RE market. Well we will talk soon. Take care.
