A little about me!!
I am now approaching my 2-year anniversary as a licensed realtor. I have been blessed over the last two years in that I have maintained constant and consistent business. I am proud to share that I was the #4 top producer in my office for the year 2007. Now, I know that may not impress many, but, nonetheless, I am proud of my accomplishment.
Over the past two years in real estate, we have all seen a shift in the market with great opporunity in the world of REOs. As a result, on a daily basis, I have set aside time to educate myself, network and market myself so that I too can become an experienced REO consultant.
I have signed up with tons of companies for both BPOs and REOs. Business is slowly evolving from this sector, but nonetheless, I keep on plugging away. Reading blogs of experienced real estate agents as related to their breakthrough and successes is what helps keep me motivated (of course in addition to self-motivation). To date, I am gaining much knowledge about REOs as I get to experience the side of an REO transaction as a buyer's agent.
So, I am here~~~ready to learn, share and network and will shout out to the REO world when I get my first REO listing!!
