Hi:
I need your help:0) I had three REO listings with Single Source. The lenders have sold, and moved from Single Source, to Nationstar two weeks ago. I was told they were keeping the listing agents. I was not given any contact information. I was able to track down Nationstar, called left message. My concern is now I have paid bills for the properties, plus I have offers being written.
I know other agents were effected by this transfer also. I would love to here from them.

Hi Jesse,
thank you first of all for making yourself available to help.. I am working on a short sale with a BofA first and a Flagstar second. BofA has already approved the short sale for HAFA and I am trying to have Flagstar move the process along now going on 3 months. They said they take 6 months to approve the short sale and they will not make any exceptions. Have you had any experience with them and if so is this the case? My seller is getting ready to throw in the towel and the buyer is ready to walk.. Please anything that you can advise will greatly appreciated.
