  Nothing wrong with the industry, it's the players involved. REO and asset managers are fighting for their job, Realtors in some cases are not playing by the rules, Asset managers are free to abuse their chosen Brokers by reducing commissions, taking 25-35% from the working end (listing end). They borrow money from agents who offentimes don't get paid back. Assett managers are cheating themselves, the boss and clients by not paying the listing agents, the ones in charge of maintaining their properties. I cannot even count anymore how many homes have been destroyed by mold, thru lack of maintainence. Not to mention the health risks involved by even entering one of these forgotten "assets". In short Realtors, and other service providers are tired of being the last in line and earnings cut short by assett managers who themselves scramble for every dime just to save their job.

  Thanks for replying, well... i'm new to this website and also to the reo world. Coming from banking mortgage to Realty. I sent my credentials to some REO banks and of course no answer yet. I realize it takes constant effort, I'm just having a hard time just finding phone numbers and websites for the real business without asking a fee.
  I know i'm a newbie, but i'll survive!
