  • I am trying to change the email address in my account settings and it won't work - I fill out the change email form and it just keeps the email the same. I want it changed from carriemeurer@gmail.com to Joe@nlamreo.com. Can you email carriemeurer@gmail.com to let me know how to actually get it changed? Thank you!
  • Hi Jesse,

I'm wondering if you can send that deleted blog back to me; that was one that I did not save before I send it.

    Thanks,

    James
  • Hello Jesse. A few agents want me to share links to short sale webinars that I've found. I only want to send it to them directly and not blog it. I also don't want to put my email address out there on the blog. What suggestions do you have so I can share?
  • Enough said, your posting language as a "professional" REALTOR has some to be desired.
  • And that is your opinion.....
  • Hi Jesse, you should be aware that some of your loyal posters on REO Pro (like myself) were recently threatened with legal action due to a blog about America Buys Foreclosures. Please see my posting here:

Can you highlight this post to put it at the top, so others who have received this same letter will see the forum topic? THANKS for all your hard work on behalf of agents with integrity!
  • After 6 months I got a short sale approval for my client. Concerned about the verbiage, "BOA may pursue a deficiency judgment" I called my Board of Realtors Attorney and she said to ask for a full satisfaction. She said the banks are selling these loans to collection agencies and coming after them even though we are in California.

I asked the AM to change the approval letter to reflect new verbiage and she sent an e-mail saying "ok, I'll close file and start foreclosure proceedings immediately" I am freaking out! After holding on to this buyer for 6 months! I sent her e-mails, calls, saying my client is ok with original letter. I even had him sign it and sent it to her...what do I do now?
  • ASK THE AM QUESTION: We work with several different banks and several different AM's. NONE of them will work with any of the NSP programs that require the seller to adjust the sales price to 1% below appraisal. I've heard that FNMA has implemented a "first look" on their listings where they assumingly will only accept offers within the first several days from buyers working with assistance programs, but it doesn't appear to be catching on. Any thoughts on this becoming an accepted "norm" with all of the AM's/banks? I realize they are given parameters to work within from the banks that own the properties, but it is unsettling that many of these banks have accepted assistance from the government, yet are unwilling to accept an offer from a ready, willing, able and tax paying buyer utilizing government assistance programs as well.
  • Hi Jesse,

I do not know what happened. I had a lot more written. It went it to talk more about all the companies that charge verses all the companies that don't and how the companies that charge go out of business but leave there websites up running and still taking money. It was my first attempt at writing a blog and I bombed. My computer went down and I lost the whole thing so. Goes to show you that I need to stay with replying and not writing. Have a great day and thank you for the reply,
  • Sorry about that.
