  I wanted to connect with you, since we are in the same industry. I am the founder of www.TheModPost.com, a web based, private labeled software system for loan modifications and short sales. It has NPV, HAMP, and HAFA Tools...ability to auto-generate docs and more. Do you currently use web based software?

  No body ever hired me because I used "professional" language and, I definitely don't pretend to be proper. Don't get me wrong, I don't walk around cussing up a storm or swearing like a sailor however, I grew up with straight shooters and i don't ever remember a time when some had to ask, "What do you mean".....it was clear from the start.

  Thank you for your recent blog however, in my opinion it was more a solicitation for business vs an opinion editorial or journal entry.
