  • Sorry about the misunderstanding on my 1st blog. I was so excited after 16 in years in real estate and this is my first company and it is only my 6th yr. here in Iowa.
Also the client that I sold their was a graphic artist and designed my signs & cards. That was very special for me. I sold them the house when they purchase & sold it again when they moved.
  • Thank you !
  • Jesse , where would be the best place for me to post the bulk Reo's i have ?
    Thank you.
    Howie
  • Jesse,
Great site... I just read "What would google do" from blogger Jeff Jarvis. He talks about giving everything free and being true when it comes to your business once you figure what businesss you ARE in. You are off to a great start in seeing your long tern vision come to fruition.
Anyways, just signed up and I am spending lots of time manuvering around this user friendly site.
  • Jesse, great group you have here and I'm excited to be a part of it.
  • Jesse,

I am representing a buyer right now who gave a full price offer on a house that the listing agent said we needed to use the sellers name as "Gulf Coast Home Buyers Services LLC"

It appears, this Gulf Coast Home Buyer is actually the Loss Mitigator who negotiated the short sale. The title company, also located in the same building as the loss mitigator and the realty company, stated that Gulf Coast Home Buyer does not have to disclose his fee or option price and if the buyer wants the property, they have to play the game..doesn't this violate any RESPA law?
  • Being in the middle of the mortgage fraud capital of the nation, kinda old news here. We see this stuff all the time. Too many folks trying to make a fast buck!
  • Your site is amazing! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU ARE DOING!!
  • Hello jesse, I am a new member and would like to obtain the free listings of over 175 BPO/REO companies to sign up with. Can you please tell me how to access that list.
    Thank you,
  • I have a question for the AM....

When I decided to do REO work, my REO Agent friends told me to keep everything a secret. Don't let the other agents know or they will try to take your business. At the same time, I was told that AM's are loyal to their good REO Agents.

If I go to another company, will I have to worry about losing the business that I have already established with my AM's? Do they focus on the company or the Agent?
