Do the following if not already, it’s my experience..... Hopefully it will help…..
Try doing the bpos' for only those companies that assign listings if you can’t tell then pick up the phone and ask. Below are some I work with and get listings from.
OCWEN, USRES, GOODMANDEAN, ATLASREO, EMC, FIRST AMERICAN REO, OWEN REO.
I also get listings from REOTRANS.COM
Lastly but very importantly make sure you lobby the loan officer you/your office give your conventional business to. I am preferred with one major bank as they service their own reo’s , i.e. countywide and this is how I got that account as I gave most of my business to this countrywide loan officer and bugged him about getting me signed up . Year later it happened and so far 10 listings this year.
So be patient work hard but smart as well.......let me know when you get your first listing. Good Luck
