  • Ellen - thanks for the software offer! Actually, I have previously used Address Book (I think it was the same software). I also liked it, but switched to Outlook w/Business Contact Manager when I started using Microsoft Office - I liked the integration with the other MS Office programs. I'm now looking for something a little more comprehensive, but thanks anyway - very nice of you to offer.
  • Here in Florida. We asked for postponement from the court, were given 60 days, however, the lender never pursued the foreclosure once the BK was filed. They filing BK actually saved us, gave us time to find a buyer, now that I look back on it. .
  • Hi Ellen. Thanks for sharing. The thing that I'm worried about is that the trustee sale will come along too quickly for us to do a short sale- either after the relief of stay from the bank or discharge of bankruptcy- whichever comes first. Because, the homeowner was about 10 days or so away from the trustee sale (I think) when they filed for bankruptcy and if the bank picks up where they left off then...? Hmmm?

I think it's GREAT that you are closing yours! Congrats! Not sure if you mentioned this but where were your clients at as far as the foreclosure process? In Cali we have NOD and then Notice of trustee sale.
  • Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
  • Odd enough, do you know you have 2 accounts? I got your "issue" request and I can help.

From the main page, where it says "Sign In"...click, Sign In and look under the big red box that says, "Sign In" on the next page, it says, "Forgot Password". click it.

FYI: If you wouldn't mind, delete the extra account, thanks.
