Is it just me or does anyone else have an issue getting paid from Eval on Line.  I am so angry and end up accepting more assignments from them in hopes they finally send me what is owed to me.

Expecting Increase or Decrease in REO listings?

For months now I have heard from AM's that the banks are holding back inventory until after the election.  OK, the election is over.   What are you hearing from AM's now?  Anything?  Wondering if I should stop expecting any REO listings and concentra
