Read more…We had a Buyer for a property while it was listed as a Short Sale. It reverted to FNMA. It went through the Trustee Sale process and the Deed has been recorded.
I have contacted FNMA and know which Agent has been assigned the property. My question is
We all know now that foreclosures are on the decline, and short sales are on the increase! There are severalreasons why this obvious trend is currently taking place in the realestate market.
