I am very tired of the posting about Absolute REO.  I never heard of so many complaints.

 

The best way to approach this is to get references from the company, have the company provided MLS print out of any listing given, provide the broker office contact information before signing up, get a notorized letter of refund if no listing in 60 days. Other than that the company should close its doors

  • I'm a little late with this. I can only assume they are one of the companies duping folks out of a "membership fee" promising alot and delivering little to nothing?
    • Now that's smart! These guys have Absolutely NO REO business! The shame is that I share a similiar name with these folks. JMHO.
