Anyone using a list company for pre NODs that they feel is accurate & timely? Would really appreciate the name of the company. Thanks!!

There are hundreds of resellers out there of data that comes from First American Corelogic. Go directly to the source at Corelogic!!

I am not sure if there is a good one out there. I use to work for a large bank and only people that I know of that has access to 30 to 90 day loan are the collections dept. and loan officers have access. Depending on your state and I live here in California and I subscribe to great news paper to recieve NOD which are 90 day late and they are great farm lead for me and it works.

You may want to look at a local paper that deal with trustee or law and type key word for your area.
