NREOB

I became an approved NREOB agent back in March but have not heard a thing from any asset managers.  If anyone has an asset manager email or contact information they could send me.  Please send a private message to me.  My partner and I are working for one other company now and I know we will be seeing a lot more reo properties in Oregon.

  • I was with them for the last 2 years and did not see anything. I received an e-mail from them yesterday to fill out a new MSA as the one I had just expired. Will use the weekend to fill that out and be ready for the 2011 onslaught of REO !!!
  • Adam,

NREOB is a great company to work for, and their team is very talented/friendly/accessible.  However, they lost their Chase contract this year, so they don't have much to dish out.  They do have Fannie and Saxton, but it appears most of their assignments are now in Florida.  I know they are trying to expand their areas with Fannie.  I'm hoping they are successful, as they were the best Asset management company we ever worked with, and we hope they get on with Fannie for California.

  • I just received my renewal on my master agreement. Last November I was approved by Chase as a REO agent and they're one of Chase's outsourcers. I've yet to receive anything from them but hopefully things will change.
  • I signed up several years ago and never recieved any assignments
  • Kirt,

I don't have an am to contact that's why I posted this thread. I would like to chat with you if you have a am contact that I can get from you.
    • I apologize I read your post wrong. Send me a message with your info and production stats. I will find out who your AM would be in Oregon.
  • I typically get most of their Houston property. Who was your AM?
  • I have had a profile for about 2 years and have yet to find the keys to the kingdom...Good luck!
