I signed up last year and never received a BPO or email let alone a listing. They are now emailing me, I let my membership lapse, that I can become a lifetime member for $400. Why would I???

I just closed an REO with LAMCO and they were awesome to work with. I believe they try to auction their properties first, and if it doesn't sell they assign the listing to an agent. It took just over a year as a member to get the assignment, and I had completed a few BPO's for them. They priced the property 20% under market value and I had multiple offers in 2 days.... plus all the property preservation was handled by them. I hope I get more.
PS-I have had an asset manager from another company find me on their site as well.

Texas. It could be they just don't have anything going on here but when I asked for references from anyone in the Dallas Fort Worth area he told me that he didn't have that info available to him. Somethng I don't buy at all as companies always spout about the agents in the area who do get their business etc to encourage you to jump on the band wagon too.

Great company to work with. I've done many bpos in 2010 for them. They are best on the exterior and interior fee.
In what state are you? I am in Florida and I have not heard anyone getting any work from them - REO or BPO.
Interior is $100 Exterior is $75.
