  • I have been paying the $300 to them for many years now and have had better luck getting REO's through them than RES.NET or Equator but you do have to pay a "tech fee" at closing which I believe is now $175.

    With the Covid moratorium no one has many properties right now. AM firms hope to get busy in the next year or so after court opens up on those in default.
