There have been several BPO orders in my area by the following companies. Main Street Evaluations, PCV Mucor and Lamco. The problem is they are offered to several agents and it is the first to accept gets it. I know there are several "auto accept " programs available. Which ones do you all use and are they successful?

BPOs are sent out to Agent's that are ranked highest to lowest in any area.
Ranking is by the number, turn time and quality of your previous work.
So if you have never done any for a company, don't expect to use a capture system, or automated capture as those BPO orders will not go to you.
Once you start getting work done for a company or two, those companies systems will automatically send them out to you or agents in your area, based on your ranking or how good of a job you have done in the past.

There is BPO acceptor software and companies who have people sitting in front of a computer waiting to catch orders for you. With what BPO mills are paying these days for BPO's, you have to look at is it cost efficient. Pricing varies widely for the software or the capture service. Plus you must also look at that if you are caught using capture software you could be blacklisted and banned from getting anymore BPO's from that company. Clear Capital is very strict and does monitor their system for auto-acceptors.
