Mainstreet is going to be sending out a higher influx of orders this last week of January 2013- .
A few of our brokers got this last month from a person at MV- they might have inked the deal THIS month - for the few that received this email you know who I am talking about whom would end this email- for the ones that didnt get the email - just try to accept the orders fast
I see higher volume in CA, FL, IL, MI, NV, AZ already
Subject: Bulk Exterior BPOs with Mainstreet Valuations
I wanted to personally reach out to you and let you know that we are expecting a very large influx of Exterior BPO orders from a very important client sometime between Wednesday, December 5th and Friday, December 7th. They have provided us an estimated volume of 13,000 with a very larger percentage located within your coverage area.
In preparation for this we ask that you log into your profile within the next 24 hours and ensure that your license and E&O information is accurate and that you have uploaded a PDF of each document to support the data you have entered. You should also take this opportunity to ensure all other information on your profile is updated and accurate. In the past if the data and/or pdfs had gone stale dated we would still allow you to accept orders; however this policy has changed so it is important for you to keep your profile updated.
We will have a total of 7-10 days to turn these BPOs back to the client. This time includes the agent portion as well as our quality control portion. Our first thought is to work with you to estimate the number of orders you feel you can accept and get completed within this time frame. We were thinking of allowing agents to accept 100 to 200 orders at one time. However given that volume we would want to start seeing completed results at a minimum of 20 per day after the first 24-48 hours. The fees for the orders will be based on the volume accepted and completed within the agreed upon time frame and of course the daily completion rate being met. The fees would be negotiated with you upon placement of the orders however I would estimate this to be between $35.00 and $45.00 per order.
This is a great opportunity to allow you the opportunity to complete enough orders to improve your overall score and therefore increase your priority with us for future orders. However I want to stress that you should only consider accepting the amount of orders that you are 100% confident that you can complete timely and accurately. Delays and pushbacks for errors will dramatically decrease your score and fee so we want to ensure that we avoid that at all costs.
We will not know the exact amount of properties in your area until we receive the order from the client. However I would like in preparation, if you are interested in working on these, to discuss with you what your volume would be, fees and turn times, so that we can systematically prepare for delivery to you as well as your systematic acceptance of these orders.
