I know this is old news for most, but I was hopeful I would be able to get my money back from Absolute REO per their agreement. Their agreement was to refund the full membership cost of $295 after a year if you are not satisfied. Needless to say, I was not satisfied. I've been trying since January to get my money back. At one point, I received an email saying they would credit my membership to a free year with a new company they were starting; also presumably a scam. An agent in my Dallas office is from Chicago, and when he went to the Absolute REO office address there wasn't an Absolute REO office there. I received the following in March form Absoluet REO after I sent them a message that included my full address:

I can't find their address now. Here is a link to the Better Business Bureau giving them an F rating. Try calling the number you get and see if you can get anyone in customer service to respond to you. They were scamming us agents when we could least afford it. They belong in jail.
