Should I Cancel Equator?

I have been paying for Equator for a couple of years now.  I received 3 REO listings, but I am not sure it was because of Equator.  Do you think it will affect my ability to acquire future REO listings if I cancel Equator?Thank you and Happy New Year!James Ybarra

  • Keep the free one that is your primary zip code and see if thing change.  Not likely since this is a task platform and very few vendor managers use it to find an agent to assign listings.

  • Keep your Equator account!
  • You can still have an account in Equator without paying a monthly coverage fee. You get your office zip code for free. The monthly charge kicks in when you add additional zip codes (.90 each) and opt for other features, such as having your name in bold etc.

If you don't want to pay, just de-select the additional zip codes and any other features you may have. Keep the account in the event that a company that assigns a listing to you requires that you service their assets on this platform.

    • I agree with Juan. My Eq account was only 1 zip until Fannie moved over to them. I never ever received anything in Equator, always RES.NET. But now I am full force with them and that took me 5 years to do. So I would keep my office zip code open. Just my 2 cents....
