Not only did they come back with an absurd counter offer, after three months of us being ignored, but then they demand a 1% admin fee to the buyer. Absurd! Who manages their REO listings....cuz I think I will just go after it that way instead.

They are a good company to work for on the REO side but, sorry to say, their agent panel is closed to new members. Last I heard, they were cutting back agents in some areas.
