I paid $120 initiation fee to get a badge, biz cards and a few leaflets. There were two short webnars and quizzes. It took me about 2 weeks to get a panic call needing help. I had the investment returned in a month, If you are a busy realtor this can be time consuming chore. You need to commit your evening or weekend to chase people who have not paid or refuse to answer to the banks, If you like to help others and there are high rate of default in the area. This will be a good home retention assignment. Titanium may let you list properties with the home owners and get a cut of the commission. The probability getting a short sale listing is there if loan mod fails. However, there are also tons of realtors approach them by door knocking...
From my understanding you must sign up with Titanium Solutions, they will be utilizing the list of Agents/Brokers that they are currently using to start off with. I have a call in to see when there web-site will be available or if it is going to be based off of the Titanium website. As soon as I hear I will let you know.
I received a call yesterday from a Titanium Solutions representative looking for agents in my part of Florida. She dropped the bomb of a $125 fee to join their HRC team. Training etc, will be required. Is this legit or another scam wanting just the money and showing no results. Any suggestions ???
How exciting. When is it possible for the experienced reo agents to sign up with this branch of Titanium? What is the new website? Will the already active HRC's that have reo experience be considered?
I could not find one either Kyle...I know Titanium Solutions were doing a push in my area (Riverside County, CA) to speak with homeowners about saving their homes....if any one has info, that would be great!

Has anyone been fortunate enough to find a website? All I can find are press releases. You would think you would have a legit website up and running before you do such a massive PR.
