I have all of Google’s Top 10!

WOW, I just was looking over some SEO (Search Engine Optimization) stuff for a question recently sent to me by a member and I noticed, in Google’s search Engine, if you type, Jesse Gonzalez Nashville, you get 293,000 results of which, I am all of the top 10, first page!!!!

The best part of all this, I didn’t have to pay a dime for it. Yes, it was completely free.

So, how did I do it?

That’s right, all I did was blog at least once a week and now my brand, my name, is the top 10 for Jesse Gonzalez Nashville. In fact, I started looking over other possible searches for me like, Jesse Gonzalez, Jesse D. Gonzalez, Jesse Gonzalez Realtor, Jesse Realtor in Nashville, Jesse Foreclosure Realtor, Jesse Foreclosure and it seems that no matter how you word it, I pop up at least twice in the top 10 and at least once in the top 5.

Once again, if you want to become a local real estate expert, if you want to SEO optimize your brand, you can’t underestimate the power of blogging.

For goodness sake, what is stopping you? Are you just sooooo busy that you can’t spend at least 20 minutes a week writing at least a three paragraph blog. Are you soooo busy that you can’t post your blog on AgentNewsWire for even greater SEO Optimization are just soooo busy all that is just too much? Are you sooooo scared that you might write something wrong or misspell something or offend someone or (insert your excuse here).

I got one thing to say…………..just remember that your competition isn’t.

esse was originally licensed in September 2005. He started his career right as the real estate industry saw it’s worse collapse since the Great Depression. As a result, Jesse sought out opportunities to work directly with banks, focusing his career liquidating foreclosed homes. He worked with some of the country’s largest lenders, asset management companies and quasi government supported entities. This highly competitive field introduced Jesse to an intense time of development where he received top notch education direct from national policy makers, government entities, multi million dollar portfolio managers and many others. Jesse became very successful working with banks however, something seemed to be missing.

As a direct result of listing and selling foreclosed homes, Jesse found that his career could also turn into a passion. He believed he could naturally transition his business from selling foreclosed homes to helping homeowners avoid foreclosure all together. His experience and knowledge working with banks gave him invaluable insight on what homeowners could do to avoid foreclosure. More importantly his experience would give his clients an edge when working with their banks to prevent foreclosure, keep their home, or if necessary sale their home.

Jesse has built a career working with some of the hardest real estate transactions known. He has worked with homeowners who are facing seemingly insurmountable odds, negotiating with lenders who don’t see homeowners as nothing more than just a number. Where others would have thrown in the towel and given up, Jesse has persevered and proven to his clients he cares. He has managed millions of dollars in real estate at any one time and worked with over 30 different lenders and banks both directly and indirectly.

  • Hi Mike,

    You are absolutely right.
  • Blogging is good, but it is ALL about content and inbound links.
  • I am #1 for literally millions of terms. I am #1 for HIGH TRAFFIC terms like "Short Sale Specialists" and am even above Realtor.com for "Short Sale Realtors", also one of the top few spots for terms like "short sale training" and "short sale homes" on a NATIONAL level. Learning how to get to the top for free for ANY terms is a neat skill to have. At one point, for my local market I had literally EVERY spot on the 1st page of google for terms like "Jacksonville short sales". I still have most of the spots for terms like "jacksonville short sale specialist" and Jacksonville short sale realtor. It is pretty cool to be able to eliminate your competition!!!
  • Thanks, I thought I was just stupid for not figuring it out.
  • Yeah, right now, we have to post on NewsWire also but, I hoping we can get a RSS feed set up somehow that will let you post here on REOPro and auto sync with AR, NW and whoever else. That is a bit down the road but, it's a goal
  • Jessie, I am always on page one of google for whatever I write about. What really excited me yesterday is I looked up both what probate sale and trust sale and I am on page one for those also, not just Palo Alto probate sale, which is what I have been tagging. All I did was blog and tag and it works. However, I can not figure out the connection between Active Rain and newswire. In otherwords how to I get the blog from AR to NW, or do I have to post on NW also.
  • Good advice, Jesse... and so true!
