  Hey, How are ya? I couldnt make it to 5star .........I cant believe I am saying this but I had way too much work to go anywhere. I received 22 listings and over 120 bpos last 2 months ... so thats that... I read your post about your trip, sounded like i didnt miss much as i am not too crazy about long lines and well , agents...... behaving like agents ... anyway. I hope you and your man had good time. Oh. i almost forgot........ did you get in NRBA yet? I still havnt heard anything from them 6 months into my application. see ya SS

  Hello...Just sent you an email, welcome back! The house turned out nice huh...wish I could have did a market clean on it, would have made it really pop. I understand though that she already has 3 offers on the table...good for her! She was a very nice person to work with and look forward to working with her again.
