  • hi Rich, I must say, the first door I went to over 2 yrs ago listed right away, and then averaged about 5 for every 10 assignments afterwards. I don't encourage them, they all told me they wanted to sell. Then I told them it was great for them that not only a rep for Titanium, I was also a Realtor by profession......so it was going great, but, I would rather see them keep their homes and not sell if they can afford it. If they were upside down and didn't have the income, I told them all their options and let them make their choice. We should never push for a listing with these assignments, but we have to remember we need to help them they best possible way for them, not us.......hang in there and know your doing a great service to the public by knocking on their door no matter to what degree......good luck!

  • Hello Richard,
I have been with Titanium for almost three years. I lost count of how many assignments I have done. But, during the second year I was able to list three of the properties but they did not sell. I currently have two listings that resulted from assigments. So to answer your questions, I have had about five listings in almost three years. It could be the area that I am in. You may have to sample other agents to see what luck they have had. Hope this helps.
