We are looking for some agents to complete some desktop BPOs in Hawaii. These are simple no general data only comps and with our autofill function you can have a BPO done in a matter of minutes. Each one pays $20 and we have about 276. There are no site visits and no photos required. Most agents are completing these in 4-7 minutes each. Are you interested? The client is interested in a general idea of how much the property is worth so being proficient in MLS is what is required. You can signup at RealtyPilot.com for free by choosing the FREE account option and selecting LRES Corporation. Also you BPOs will be paid out in two weeks. Once you are signed up go to the upper right of the software page and select Zips. Select Hawaii and click add. Once all Hawaii zips are added you may accept as many you wish.
