You just have to sign up with as many ROE/BPO banks and outsourcers as you can and hope for some positive results.
Volume and speed seems to be the key with many of them, as well as deep pockets to pay bills and wait and wait for reimbursement....sometimes (but rarely) not getting reimbursed.
Many of the big players from before are gone, some are resurfacing after restructuring. Several have opted to limit their business to only a few brokers, taking high volume over quality results.....gosh I abhor that.
Right now I am only working with LPS, Bofa, FIS for the most part.
