  GMAC, Old Republic, Green River, Single Source, and some other outsource companies. I am still trying to break into the banks. I have only been doing this for four years, so have more BPO companies I work for than REO's. And you?

  I believe the REO inventory will deminish and be camoflaged as RTO for the next 5-7 years. Better have a property management division to manage the rent to own and sell it back to the original owner when three years pass. At that point the foreclosure comes off the owners CR.
