John you and I have talk about how I am getting my listings right? I will tell you something Bridge is a company you want to be in. Well yes it cost some cash but you must pay for pretty much many other programs and conventions hoping you are meting an asset manager here you are dealing directly with the owners they don’t have no middle people, also there are not 100 realtors in your area working for bridge they will select and only choose few or 1 or 2 per area, now just for your info, make sure you always request zip codes that are less than 10 miles from your office or home or the area you are working or marketing.
