Hello Jenny,
I have been with Titanium Solutions which I think is a great company with a great mission. I was wondering because after doing about 27 assignments over the past year I have yet to get one listing. THanks for so kind to the TS clients. I am curious what the incentive doing the loan mod for the people. Is it just from the kindness of your heart or you are also with a lender?

I am cautious because of possible back fire if the loan mod fails and they can not sell in time... you can send me your perception directly... shueh@yahoo.com

Like you, I am new here and hopefully like me, you see the potential that this social network has to offer and the great advantages we have by being in on the ground floor.

Of course, the only way there will be a benefit is if we collectively get active and stay active in the group.
