I would love some help. Joy is the iexterior BPO person I have done work for who did refer me for reo's. Erin is interior BPO person --
Have talked with Lindsey and Julie V regarding getting REO's They just keep stating none coming my area. But they are only sending me on BPO's for only 1 zip code of low priced homes. May avg client is not in the low 100's or lower ---
Did see on the messages it is good to set up appt's to talk with Vendor Managers. I did try to schedule with Julie Veit but she just advised me to come Tuesday after to open house. Tried to talk with her about was she going to any of the events but she first stated she did not know about them. Then I sent her a note on Sunday night event, Monday night event....have not heard from her.
I cover Maricopa County AZ. The Phoenix, AZ area.

Do you have any tips on getting asset managers to scheduling a meeting. I have one VM that I have been promise REO listings for but have yet to get. I did ask to meet up but they stated just to stop by on Tuesday afternoon at the expo. This is with IAS --- Do you have any recommendations??
