"Bankers REO had called me, and I PAID. I realized I made a mistake, asked for $ back, threatened I would take them to the Better Business Bureau and so they cancelled the charge. I consider myself lucky and am very cautious now!"

"Since they are crooks, we cannot really stop them. Just maintain a policy of NOT giving any money to any company which offers us work.
 
That is what I do. I figure the good companies will recognize that I am a good broker and will hire me."

Just ask lots of questions when they contact you. Briefly put, if they want my money first, then they do not deserve to have an experienced and well trained ethical broker like me!"
