  Hello David,
  I have been with Titanium Solutions which I think is a great company with a great mission. I was wondering because after doing about 27 assignments over the past year I have yet to get one to listing. Even following up still none have gone forward to sell their homes.   Hi David! I grew up in LaGrange, but I do know Amherst is a great place that, in fact, has big plans for growth in the near future. I work with the Sweda Group currently, but I'm considering Russel Realty. As far as REO companies I recently became qualified as an HRC for Titanium Solutions and have a profile on REOtrans.com The market is great up here as long as there are buyers!   david I don't have any to share that would be of value to you. All of the banks I have worked with have been local so far and mostly builder bailout stuff. If you have info you would like to share I would love any additional contacts.

  sorry for it being so late in getting back with you however, the Asset Manager Group is just for Asset Managers. If you want to get thier attention, I highly suggest you blog and keep your picture on the main page.
  
  In fact, I have had several Asset Managers contact me just from seeing me on the front page and reading my blog.
  
  Don't forget, you need to set up your Advanced Member Search. You do this my going into your settings, profiles and then answering the questions about your zip codes and counties you service.

  Hi,
  I work for an asset management company in New York. We receive "Mini" portfolios (20-100 properties) in the MW, with a heavy concentration in Ohio. If you have any bulk buyers that look to get properties 10 - 15 % of FMV, please let me know. Thanks.
