  • Cesar, I have a list of reo bpo companies that is a year old! As you most have the same imformation/location. Send me a email to rdlawler@netzero.net and I will send you what I have...
  • Gracias Anna.
  • WOW, Thank you Kim,
it is true, I have been in Real Estate for 7 successful years, until this twilight zone REO's event happened, I consider myself very experience when it comes to selling and servicing listings, doing BPO's, and being the best of the bestes.
But as you know, it is not your experience now what it counts, more than who do you know and how good conected you are.
I also believe in helping other as people helps me, I have couple of listings REO's co listing with a company in sacramento, of corse I cant talk to the AM, and frankly I respect the oportunity given to me.
There are a lot of REO listing agent that got lucky because they new someone and there are the hard working ones that have applied to all of the places and site that need it, like I have and you. these ones I admire and like you said you just need one account to start.
I just started recruiting agents again, for a while I didnt want to , hopefully some of those agent applying have REO's accounts and will be a win win oportunity for them and I , them to get bigger split comission, i really dont care on making money on them, more than them to help me get in.
Once again thank you very much for such a nice talk. you inspire us to keep going.

  • If you don't have a lot of clients to serve, it is worth the try. There is a lot of driving involved.
  • Hello Cesar,
I've paid the initiation fee and received several assignments. No listings yet, because many of them are vacant or already listed. At least I get paid for the gas that I spend.
  • Hi Cesar,
I started applying to every asset management company, bank, BPO company and/or software company (ie, reotrans, res.net, etc) in October 2007. Finally, in July 2008, I received an email from GMAC soliciting my services to list a property. It was awesome. The property was minutes away from my home. The asset manager located my info on REOTrans. Thereafter, the properties continued to trickle in, with the months of May-June 09 being my best months. I rceived 11 listings during that time. I am still trying to get additional accounts with other banks and/or asset management companies. But, as we all know the competition is thick. Nonetheless, I know that eventually the day will come. I am a positive thinker and keep pushing forward. Just keep pushing forward and continue to be consistent. I firmly believe there is ample work for all of us agents to share. Just a side note: In June 2007, an associate shared with me that I would never get a listing because I did not have enough experience and was competing with other agents with 10+ years experience; the financial investment was outrageous, etc. My response to this associate was, "You have to start somewhere and you were once in my shoes. If you can do it so can I !! And guess what, when I do get my first listing I am going to be so impressive that the bank will continue to provide to me consistent listings ~ based on my hard work and professionalism". His response was, "I know, that is what I am afraid of". So, I say all of that to say, keep on keeping on. Your day is soon to come!! I am always thankful and blessed and never take my opportunities for granted. I will always remain humble, professional and eager to learn more in this ever chaning market. Call me anytime to talk (909-762-2772)!!!!
  • ok,
    i'll make note of that.
  • Thanks for the request. Are you related to Zaven Khandjian?
  • I am good friends with the cali Suntrust asset manager. What information do you have in exchange?
