I found out how to get the CMI Mortgage Broker Application for the approval to take the DefaultSchool.com course.
What interested people need to do, in addition to your suggestions is send an email to CitiMortgage.REODepartment@Citi.com and in the Subject Line they need to state if they are a Real Estate Broker or any other type of vendor. They will get a response email with the instructions accordingly.
