I have been with Titanium Solutions which I think is a great company with a great mission. I was wondering because after doing about 27 assignments over the past year I have yet to get one listing. Even following up still none have gone forward to sell their homes. What kind of success have you had thus far? Richard Lawler rdlawler@netzero.net
I saw your message on REOPRO website that you live close to the Prescient Asset Management company. Hopefully, you have your foot in the door and have made some good contacts. We are just starting to get our toe in with Mario Diaz who is handling a few homes in the Salem Oregon area that we would like to list. We have been in real estate since 1980/81 and have worked with Asset Management companies in the past and would like to get established working with Prescient Asset Management.
