  Another one bites the dust! The agent decided that there was too much work involved in doing REO's and too expensive. That is what I see a lot - until you understand the process and details involved on REO's, it is a lot of work as you must maintain the properties, sumit monthly marketing reports, etc. If you want to discuss further please email me direct.

  I have many forums through which I meet new agents. That particular REO referral came through Active Rain. I may have another that is coming to me through an existing referral relationship I have established with a broker just outside my service area. I've referred 2 prior clients to her (not REO) and she is hoping to reciprocate.
