  • Sorry Vicky, I guess I had Texas on my mind when I sent my last post.. Thanks for the response.
  • Arlene - I am from Virginia (where'd you see TX? I obviously need to change something). I have some contacts at Countrywide/BofA, but right now they are overwhelmed with the merger, and at least initially, BofA is not making any changes to those agents they have in place - anywhere. Essentially, to be on their list of agents, you need to have been referring lot of business to Countrywide in the HayDay....
  • Hi Vicky, Thank you for responding to my post. It is nice to see you are a member of Active Rain also. I have found the Active Rain forums and agent members to be extremely helpful. I notice that you are from Texas. Many of my dealings with Countrywide / Bank of America are with the Plano, Texas office. Do you have any contacts within Countrywide / Bank of America? Were you able to establish an ongoing relationship with any AMs from the original agent referral?
  • Hi Vicky, I saw your recent post and was wondering how you came to the attention of the agent that referred you to their AM. Did you know them previously? Is there any forum that you know of, where agents can contact each other and work out a referral arrangement I would really appreciate any help.
  • Hi Vicky Chrisner:

This site is dedicated to the Realtors who work with Lenders, Banks and Asset Managers in assisting them with the liquidation of their real estate portfolio holdings.

We are a Network of Professionals spread across the country and have come together online to network and provide support through our accumulated knowledge and experience. This support could be anything from providing information on ways to obtain industry recognized designations, to the contact information of the Asset Managers who can make or break us. The power of our network will be determined by those who participate openly and freely.

I really would like this to be a place where we as Listing Agents can share information without constraint with one another in the pursuit to help each other in the advancement of our shared profession.

Feel free to customize your “my page”, start your blog, add events, post photos, share videos and invite people to any of the new groups formed here by REOPRO. I believe with your help, this network can have a positive impact on the lives and professional development of all who are members.

If you have any other suggestion, feel free to send them my way, I will truly consider them, the door is always open and welcome to REOPRO.
