They have acquired alot of assets in my market. I had an offer in on a short sale that was held through them, but it looks like it will be foreclosed. I am trying to find a contact there to see how I can get the listing when they do foreclose. I have registered but I really want to speak with someone. Any sugesstions??

Nationstar is a great group of people to work with. Have handled many sales for them in the past.

Nationstar is great. I have worked with them in the past on their own REOs. Now, I am getting REO assignments that are Fanne Mae properties. Nationstar is AMP for Fannie Mae here in AZ.

What area are you in? I'd never heard from them, but looked them up. Looks like they have just a few assets for all of CA.
