I will be there. I look foward to seeing you. I don't know how much conference I will be attending, however I have a few business meetings set up .. Let me know where you will be and I will drop in..
I will be going because I made the same decision. I've been doing short sales for years, and honestly I hate them, but I believe that things are about to change in this arena. I am seeing the portals add short sale modules and I'm sure it's because they are gearing up for elctronic package submission which is going to help things tremendously. Just imagine not having to fax an authorization 14 times!
I will hire someone to put together the packages and do the phone calling and then I can do the heavy-lifting once we have an actual negotiator on the file. The listings will be a snap. Trust me, once people know that you know what you are doing, they will talk you up and you'll have more than you want.
Anyway, look me up next week!
