This is a short sale lead generating company that also does all the negotiations with the bank & AM. It's named after the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act. I've heard some good things about it, but I want to do a little more research before I recommend it to a REALTOR who wants to get into doing short sales. Any comments you have are appreciated.
