I had an asset assigned in December, 2014 to me. I monitored it until April 2015 unlisted and then Round Point took it away from me. They still haven't reimbursed my for the gas. So beware. No one likes to work for free.

  Are you talking about a natural gas bill for the property? Or your actual gas used to get to the property?

They go through ResNet. I have 2 properties right now.
