        • I love Assetval, they are respectful and kind. They are all women. You are right. They are thorough, and they research well before calling with pointless questions or email like you have more and more with LPS (now a different name). The iMortgage reps are really arrogant at least in Cook County. I have not found them to be rude but they have their answers to objections memorized, so they sound fake. Arrogant more than rude. Also careless about the way they treat us. I have also found that the push us too much to accept the information on the OA even when it is wrong or no longer applies. That part, I have refused to do. I could work for less money, but I do not put my license or my E&O insurance at risk to please them. They should not be asking to modify reality to be in agreement with OAs from over a decade ago.

    • I have received this email twice. If they are back they can keep their offer. By the time they closed they where paying 20 for 3 visits. You have to make at least 3 visits to try and get them to sign the documents or contact the servicing bank. If you can get them to call its 50. I did it for them for 3 years and only had 3 clients that where willing to call or give me documents. If you go to their website they have the same offer for any agent.

      • I worked for Titanium for a few weeks. Not worth it. 

    • Key word "subscribe". Subscription Fees = SCAM!!!

      They are more than happy to take your money, but don't and can't guarantee you will get any work or make any money.

      Instead of throwing your hard earned money away to scam companies or working for low paying BPOs hoping the companies don't screw you over and not pay you, but instead go out and start building back up your real estate business and selling properties. Work on getting listings.

  • BPO Fulfillment has hit my list of companies that don't pay. I've never had any problems in being paid when they were Main Street Valuations. They got really slow in paying towards the end, but I was always paid. But since they became BPO Fulfillment it has been next to impossible to accept orders and to get paid. I have only been able to accept 3 BPOs and 1 Property Inspection since the first of the year. All were completed and submitted back on 3/8. This morning I get an email stating that the 3 BPOs were accepted. So I wonder if that means it will be another 60 to 90 days from the end of this month before I get a check from them.
    I use to do 100's of BPOs a month for this company back when they were MSV. 

    This is totally unacceptable !!!

    I am done with BPO Fulfillment. I have better things to do with my time.
