  My bad list includes eValuation Solutions and Broker Price Opinion. EVal continues to call with orders for next day service. I told them I cannot accept anymore until I get paid for the work that is now over 45 days. Time is too important to run around and give them next day when it looks like they have no intention of paying.

    Try https://as.realtrans.com/webtop/default.html. This is site they use for all their BPO's. If you are wanting REO's, go to https://www.hubzu.com/portal/home. That is the site they use for listing and marketing their properties. There is no charge for either site.
