Don't pay for REO's, the legit companies do not charge fees. All these companies are trying to get money from you and you will never hear from them again. There is an acception... SAM, a one time $75 fee and they give listings, great company to work for, they pay timely on BPO's too.
Right on Cece, TGIF to all. With the amount of REO on a steady decline, it seems to me that companies like this one are a shot in the dark at BEST! I would ask them if they will commit in writing to sending you at least 1 REO in the quarter and see what they say?? Most will hedge and that means to me - RUN don't walk!
First, what are they signing you up for? Second, are you crazy?
