REO Bulk Sellers Wanted

Do any of you listing agents have 5-10++ properties from one bank who would like to package them together for one swift sale? I am representing an REO residential bulk buyer looking for properties from one bank most anywhere in the US. He can be a heavy hitter and purchase $25M+, if the source is right. He will also consider a builder close-out, if all the properties have been completely built (missing carpet, tile, or appliances is ok.)I'm looking forward to hearing from you if you have a seller source.
