R & D Properties?

Has anyone done any business with them? What areas if so?

Just got an email from them saying that though there would be no guarantee of BPO's, a $25 donation in their name must be made to SPCA Honor sanctuary before they would consider.I just had never heard anything like it.

    Judith... I look at it this way. It will take 1 BPO from them to cover the donation of $25.00 plus you walk away with a little profit from the first BPO. Sounds good to me. I think I will join. Sounds from this board that they are a legit company.

    I've been doing business with them for 16+ years. They were located in New Jersey, been in Florida @ 10 years. You will have to pay a referral on any BPO that turns to an REO (standard) and they have some interesting clients. They do take awhile to pay, they pay out after they receive fees. Super EZ form, really nice people, no blast orders.

    I've done a few BPOs for them. I haven't done anything for them in a few years. They never had any special fees associated with their orders just straight BPOs.
